At Yellow Pilates, we love running. It brings us joy both physically and mentally.
And we know how rubbish it can feel if you are injured and have to stop running.
That’s why we provide tailored Pilates classes to keep your injuries and niggles at bay, and get you running stronger.
Pilates is the perfect form of strength and conditioning - whether you are a first time runner, a regular park runner or training for your next marathon.
We offer regular weekly classes and tailored courses in line with popular Scottish running events.
Our weekly dedicated Pilates for Runners class is on Thursday at 7.15pm
