Our Private 1-to-1 classes are designed to help you move better. Whether you have an injury preventing your usual exercise routine, or are trying to combat the pain of a health condition: we are here to brighten your mood.
Private 1-to-1 Pilates classes will give you pain-free, strengthening and sustainable exercises to suit your needs by using specialist Pilates Equipment.
Our approach is to take in the whole picture: your mood, habits, routine, diet, stress and pain, in order to create a tailored programme that helps you move better and feel great.
Every new client will receive a full movement analysis as part of your inital consultation & we constantly develop your programme to keep classes varied, personalised & engaging.
Classes use Pilates Equipment including: Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrell & lots more.

Private 1-to-1 Intro Package
2 x 60 minute Private Sessions for £130.
In these sessions we will learn about you & your goals as well as complete a movement assessment. There is time to introduce you to the equipment and will help you get the most of every session going forward.
We recommend starting here if you have had a recent surgery, an injury or complex medical condition.
Purchase the Introductory Package below and then book into a Private Class that suits you on our timetable.
If you can’t find a time that fits on our timetable, get in touch and we will try our best to accommodate.
